Description
English: Isabela, Puerto Rico, Feb. 13, 2018—FEMA Region VII personnel, Region VII Administrator Paul Taylor and FEMA personnel from the Joint Field Office take an aerial tour of infrastructure damaged by Hurricanes Irma and Maria last September. The repairs the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is doing at the Guajataca Dam is mitigation work entrusted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as part of a mission following Hurricane Maria.
