Description

Integrado na malha urbana e dela isolada por muros, os terrenos desta quinta desenvolvem-se em vários terraços e ruas ladeadas de buxos. O seu palácio terá sido reconstruído na época pombalina e todo o conjunto enriquecido com a aplicação de painéis de azulejos. Existe ainda diversos templos religiosos quinhentistas que são: a Ermida da Nossa Senhora da Piedade, o Oratório de São Jerónimo e a Ermida do Senhor Morto, com excepção da Igreja da Nossa Senhora da Piedade que é do século XVIII e está revestida com azulejos da época. Para além disto este conjunto também dispõe de fontanário e de zonas de lazer com lagos. Na quinta também podemos visitar uma galeria de exposições e uma biblioteca infanto-juvenil.
