Summary[edit]

Description
English: Photograph of scenic design for the fifth act, tableau 2 ("Une place de Bruxelles") of the 1886 opera Patrie!. According to Nicole Wild (Decors et costumes du XIXe siècle à l'Opéra de Paris, 1987, p. 204), this décor was suppressed at the first representation. She gives the designer of the suppressed décor as Poisson, and of the setting actually used as Enrico Robecchi and Amable.
