Summary
[edit]DescriptionPedro-Botz House.JPG |
English: The Pedro-Botz House, located at 7467 County Road 150 in Salida, Colorado. The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The last name Pedro derives from Petrovitch. My brother, Eric McCann was going through lineage on my mothers side of the family who is now a McCann through marriage. My mother Linda, divorced, but never went back to her maiden name which is Pedro. My Mother's Father is the son of Stephen Petrovitch. He and his wife migrated to the United States in 1904. My Mother knows that her Grandfather and Grandmother had more children besides her dad and the brother that's mentioned in other historical websites. She's not too sure how many children there were exactly, but she told me how they all died in their twenties of cancer. I, Andrea McCann, have never met my Grandparents or my Grandparents. I've been told by my Mother my Grandparents names though. I can't remember them, but I'll be updating this once I get more information. My Mother's Uncle (the boy mentioned in other articles) name was Stephen. He's named after my Great-grandfather. My Grandma and Grandpa had nine Children. My mother is the youngest. Charles, Steve, Peggy, Sandy, Nellie, Barbara, and Linda Pedro. Steve, Peggy, Barbara, and Charles are deceased along with the other's not mentioned. I'll be updated their names as well. My Grandma and Grandpa along with their children lived in Kansas. My mother was born here. They moved to California some time when my mom was a little girl. There she and her siblings were raised. Eventually throughout the years, some moved to Kansas permanently. Some have moved back to Kansas and eventually moved to different states. The Pedro family is spread out all around The United States. I have Uncle's and cousins who I've never met. |
