Description
Deutsch: Nahaufnahme des Petit Paris am 24. August 2023. Eigentlich ist ein Abriss schon länger geplant. Ein Passant erzählte mir, während ich das verfallene Gebäude fotografierte, dass das Dach schon etwas eingestürzt sei. Ein Hauptgrund, warum das Gebäude nicht abgerissen werden kann, sind die Eigentumsrechte. Die Stadt Hof will das Gebäude wohl abreißen, jedoch liegen die Eigentumsrechte des Grundstücks des Gebäudes nicht bei der Stadt. Hier sieht man die verkommenene Fenster mit einer Werbeanzeige darüber. Das Logo links ist wohl ein verblichenes Pepsi-Logo.
English: Close-up of the Petit Paris on August 24, 2023. Demolition has actually been planned for some time. A passer-by told me while I was photographing the dilapidated building that the roof had already collapsed somewhat. One of the main reasons why the building cannot be demolished is the ownership rights. The city of Hof probably wants to demolish the building, but the ownership rights to the building's land do not lie with the city. Here you can see the dilapidated windows with an advertisement above it. The logo on the left is probably a faded Pepsi logo.
