Description
Deutsch: Keramikmalerei von Arik Brauer an der Fassade der Pfarrkirche am Tabor in der Wiener Leopoldstadt. Rechtes Bild: Josef träumt.
Beschreibung lt. [1]: Ein Engel in Form einer Ähre erscheint Josef im Traum. Die Zahl der Weizenkörner ist die Zahl seiner Vorfahren. Die Namen von König David bis Josef erscheinen auf dessen Kopftuch. Die Gestalt links im Hintergrund ist König David, der vor der Bundeslade tanzt. Seine heilige Ekstase begründet jenen Stammbaum, der zu Jesus MM. Rechts der Rabbi Hillel, der von einem Römer nach seiner Religion befragt wurde: "Die Antwort soll nicht länger sein, als Du auf einem Bein stehen kannst." Hillel antwortete: "Liebe Deinen Nächsten wie Dich selbst. (AHAWTA LE REECHA KOMOCHA). Alles andere sind Kommentare."
