فارسی: ئاتر فیزیکال یا تئاتر حرکتی گونه از نمایش تئاتر است که در آن داستان بیشتر از طریق حرکات فیزیکی بازیگران روایت می‌شود. ویژگی اصلی تئاتر فیزیکال، وابستگی آن به حرکت جسمانی بازیگر است. بازیگران به جای دیالوگ گفتن با حرکات بدن خود داستان را پیش می‌برند و با تماشاچی ارتباط برقرار می‌کنند. در تئاتر فیزیکال معمولاً نمایشنامه یا داستان از پیش نوشته شده دقیقی وجود ندارد. استفاده از موسیقی، رقص، تصاویر و نقاشی از ویژگی‌های این نوع تئاتر محسوب می‌شود.
English: Physical theatre is a genre of theatrical performance that encompasses storytelling primarily through physical movement. Although several performance theatre disciplines are often described as "physical theatre," the genre's characteristic aspect is a reliance on the performers' physical motion rather than, or combined with, text to convey storytelling. Performers can communicate through various body gestures (including using the body to portray emotions).
Español: El teatro físico es todo aquel teatro cuyo principal medio de creación y expresión es el cuerpo como la danza, el mimo, la acrobacia o las artes marciales, en lugar de los aspectos psicológicos en la creación del personaje.1​ Al ser una forma de teatro menos literal, potencia la imaginación y capacidad de sugestión del espectador. El teatro físico suele considerarse un teatro experimental, opuesto al naturalismo y el realismo, que busca generar experiencias más visuales, sensoriales y viscerales en el espectador.
Русский: Физический театр — это жанр театрального представления, который включает в себя сюжетное повествование спектакля в первую очередь через физические движения. Характерная черта этого жанра — абсолютное доминирование движения над текстом (не исключая его полного отсутствия); независимое от текста драматурга представление действий с помощью языка тела и движений мимики, что сближает физический театр с пантомимой. Исполнители общаются между собой при помощи различных жестов тела, выражая при этом свои эмоции и внутренние импульсы.
