English:
Former Hajdú County hall. Now official: Hajdú-Bihar County Self-Government Office Piac Street 54 Building. Close to its at Piac Street 42-48 is an other Hajdú-Bihar County Self-Government Office. The building extended toward to Vármegyeháza Street. Now it has to enclosed courtyards. Here are: Cabinet of Government Envoys, Department of Internal Control, Department of Authority and Department of Finance and Management, local State Audit Office. In the old part are some artworks as a Female limestone sculpture by Márton Váró located in courtyard; Hajdú County Zsolnay ceramic CoA relief on facade; architectural statues: Árpád bronze statue on the top of the tower and four Hajduks on the facade; at the entrance a World War I battle scene bronze relief by Miltiades Manno (1931) and a Millenium relief by Lajos Győrfi (2000 works) shows Stephen I. got the Holy Crown from Pope Sylvester II.; stained glass windows in the Árpád room 'Seven Chieftans' by Károly Kernstok Sr. and Gida Waltherr (1912 works) and 'Ornaments' stained glass windows by Ervin Tamás (1986 works) - 54 Piac Street = 1/A Vármegyeháza Street, Inner City, Debrecen, Hajdú-Bihar County, Hungary.

Vármegyeháza felől modern épületrész. Két zártudvaros kapuátjáros épület. Itt van a Hajdú-Bihar Megyei Kormányhivatal (HBMK) Kormánymegbízotti Kabinet, HBMK Belső Ellenőrzési Osztály, HBMK Hatósági Főosztály ÉS Pénzügyi és Gazdálkodási Főosztály. A helyi Állami Számvevőszék iroda is itt is. Alkotások: Hajdú vármegye épületdíszítő címere (1912, Zsolnay pirogránit színesre festett dombormű); az udvarban Kibontakozás /Újjászületés/ (Felállítás 1988. június 24., Váró Márton, mészkő, álló teljes alakos domborműszerű nőalak); épületdísz szobrok: Árpád vezér és a hajdúk (Felállítás 1912, bronz) A huszártorony csúcsán Árpád az ablakok mellett négy hajdúszobor áll és Zsolnay-gyár pirogránit épületdíszei; boltíves bejárat balodalán 16-os huszár-dombormű (Felállítás 1931. október 18., Manno Miltiadesz, bronz, l. világháborús csatajelenet), boltíves bejárat jobb oldalán Millenniumi-dombormű (bronz, felállítás 2000. augusztus 19., Győrfi Lajos, .. István király átveszi a koronát a pápától.), a homlokzati Árpád Terem ablak Hét vezér (Felállítás 1912, Kernstok Károly (tervező), Waltherr Gida (üvegművész) /1852-1928/, restaurálta? L. Szabó Erzsébet (üvegművész)); az Árpád Termében látható, az épület második emeletén a Hét vezér sorozat két oldalán a Ornament üvegablak (Felállítás 1986. október, Tamás Ervin (tervező), Budapesti Üveges Szövetkezet (kivitelező, közreműködő)),- Hajdú-Bihar megye, Debrecen, Belváros, Piac utca 54 = Vármegyeháza utca 1
