Description
Español: Fachada de la iglesia de San Juan donde se observa el emplazamiento de la placa conmemorativa dedicada a Juan de San Martín Gómez, en el número 78 de la calle Granada, Málaga, España. La placa incluye un retrato de Juan de San Martín y la siguiente inscripción: «El Instituto Español Sanmartiano / en recuerdo del capitán / don Juan de San Martín Gómez / padre del emancipador de la Argentina / Chile y Perú fallecido en Málaga / el 4-XI-1796 e inhumado en esta iglesia. / Sus restos mortales fueron trasladados / a Buenos Aires en el año 1947. / Esta placa se descubrió con motivo / de la visita del buque escuela / A. R. A. Fragata Libertad / el 23-IX-1987».
