A Ponte Estaiada Octávio Frias de Oliveira é uma ponte estaiada localizada na cidade de São Paulo, estado de São Paulo, Brasil. A ponte, que faz parte do Complexo Viário Real Parque, é formada por duas pistas estaiadas em curvas independentes de 60º que cruzam o rio Pinheiros, no bairro do Brooklin, sendo a única ponte estaiada do mundo com duas pistas em curva conectadas a um mesmo mastro. Foi inaugurada em 10 de maio de 2008, após três anos de construção, e hoje é considerada uma das principais atrações turísticas da cidade. The Octavio Frias de Oliveira bridge is a cable-stayed bridge in São Paulo, Brazil over the Pinheiros River, opened in May 2008. The bridge is 138 metres (450 ft) tall, and connects Marginal Pinheiros to Jornalista Roberto Marinho Avenue. The bridge deck is unusual due to its form, which is similar to an "X", crossing at the tower. It is the only bridge in the world that has two curved tracks supported by a single concrete mast. At the end of December lights are put up on the cables and illuminated to create color effects like those on a Christmas tree. The bridge is also lit up on special occasions during the year and is often used for automobile advertisements on television. Die Ponte Estaiada Octávio Frias de Oliveira ist eine Schrägseilbrücke über den Rio Pinheiros in São Paulo, Brasilien. Das Bauwerk hat eine Länge von 1600 m und der Pylon ist 138 m hoch. Die Brücke wurde 2008 eröffnet und dient dem Fahrzeugverkehr. Ungewöhnlich ist die Form des Trägers, die einem X ähnelt. Als weiteres Highlight ließ man von Philips voll computergesteuerte farbveränderliche LED's installieren, die die Brücke Nachts in verschiedenen Mustern und Formen erleuchten. Die Baukosten betrugen 184 Mio R$ für die Brückenkonstruktion sowie 40 Mio R$ für die Beleuchtung. |
