Summary
[edit]DescriptionPossible model of nanoparticles formation at non-quilibrium conditions.webm |
English: The possible model of nanoparticles formation at non-quilibrium conditions shows the way how the two sorts of atoms will form a cluster (at high deposition rate). A simple Molecular Dynamics simulation was used to perform these calculations. References, an example for bimetallic nanoparticles (synthesis and characterization): M.Chi et al. Nature Comm., 2015 and V.E.Guterman et al. Applied Catalysis A: General, 2013. The animation was made using Blender freeware. Русский: Возможная модель формирования наночастицы при неравновесных условиях демонстрирует направление формирования кластера из атомов двух типов (при высокой скорости осаждения). Расчёты проводились с использованием упрощённых вычислений методом Молекулярной Динамики. Пример работ с синтезом и изучением биметаллических наночастиц: M.Chi et al. Nature Comm., 2015 и V.E.Guterman et al. Applied Catalysis A: General, 2013. Анимация была выполнена с использованием свободной программы Blender.
