Description
English: A copper alloy candle stick socket. this is mad from two sheets (1mm thick) that have been soldered together. there are two concentric raised band on the socket and three holes near the aperture, the socket is angled towards the stem which as a third raised band.The socket has been slightly distorted.See: Egan, p81. Date 16th century

Diameter of socket 30mm, diameter of socket 12.5mm, length 55mm, weight 31.92g
