It's not only in France that there are traffic jams. In every major city in Europe, there are endless lines of vehicles, most often at specific times. In the morning, when people go to work, in the evening, when they go home. But sometimes, these plugs are due to maintenance works roads and highways, or also because of accidents. The rescue, to be able to intervene on the victims quickly, to take the wounded and to remove the injured vehicles more easily, block any circulation. It is then that the vehicles pile up by the hundreds without being able to move.
