Description
English: Puttu and Kadala Curry – the immensely healthy and tasty dish from southern India. Puttu is steamed ground and roasted rice with coconut filling, served with aromatic and creamy black chana curry, called Kadala curry in Kerala. You need a special utensils to make Puttu, a cylidrical container sit atop a steamer. As the rice is already roasted, it takes about 10 minutes to prepare the perfect breakfast.
