English: FRAP analysis of EGFP-Rab39a on the phagosome. This movie corresponds to Figure 1B. The phagosome surrounded by EGFP-Rab39a was photobleached at 4 sec, followed by monitoring the fluorescence recovery at 2 sec intervals.
