Description
English: Three-dimensional visualization of telomere motion using kymographs. The movie was recorded 10 frames/second. Telomere dynamics are visualized in kymographs as lines in 3-D space. Kymographs of three UMUC3 cell nuclei from Additional file 3 were shown.
