RA/RAFA-3309/U 36C/11/36-11-4 img473 Norsk bokmål: I følge stor propagandareportasje i Aftenposten 2. mai 1941 holdt Reichskommissar Josef Terboven tale i Colosseum kino i Oslo torsdag 1. mai 1941: « "Det norske folk har ikke latt sig føre vill av opphisselsesagenter og ryktemakere.""Vinteren som gikk har allerede vist hvad et næringsliv som ledes fornuftig kan utrette". (...) Den første mai er av Hitlers Tyskland gjort til nasjonens store festdag, en samlende dag istedenfor klassekampens dag. Reichskommissar Terboven hadde valgt å gjøre op status over et års arbeide i Norge på denne dag (...) En avdeling av det tyske politi paraderte sammen med en avdeling av rikshirden [da han] ankom like før kl. 20 ledsaget av den tyske forsvarsmakts representanter med generaloberst von Falkenhorst i sissen, og av Nasjonal Samlings fører, Vidkun Quisling. (...) Efter Reichskommissar fulgte en lang rekke representanter for de tyske våbenarter og civilforvaltningen, bl. a. generaloberst von Falkenhorst, generaladmiral Böhm, General der Flieger Kitzinger og SS-Gruppenführer Redies. (...) Forrest i salen såes en lang rekke av de konstituerte statsråder. (...) Efter at Stabsmusikkorps des Luftgaukommandos Norwegen hadde pilt underledelse av sin stabsmusikmeister Kröning og det var blitt lest en prolog av arbeiderdikteren Anacker, åpnet Landeskeisleiter Spanaus festligheten med en kort tale.»
Talene er gjengitt i avisa. Terbovens tale strekker seg over mer enn to tettskrevne avissider. Nasjonal Samling, forkortet NS, var et norsk politisk parti som ble grunnlagt av Vidkun Quisling i 1933 og ble oppløst ved frigjøringa i 1945. Ideologisk fulgte partiet den tyske nasjonalsosialismen, og NS ble støtteorganisasjon for den tyske okkupasjonsmakta i Norge under andre verdenskrig. |
