Description
Español: Regresó a Colombia el equipo de ciclismo de la Policía conformado por 8 personas que logró 3 medallas en el mundial de ciclismo de policías realizado en España. Los uniformados lograron 2 medallas de plata en las pruebas individuales de contra reloj y una medalla de oro en la prueba de ruta.

Orgullosos arribaron al país la señorita Subteniente Vanessa Jovel Vanegas, los señores Intendentes Jhon Jairo Camargo, Didier Toro y Luis Gonzalo Rivera, así como los señores Patrulleros Willintong Arley Bustamante, Edison Bustamante, Andrés Pineda Robayo y Javier Alfonso Martínez; luego de haber logrado un histórico triunfo en tierras europeas, específicamente en el mundial de ciclismo para Policías desarrollado en la localidad de Salau Tarragona (España).

La medalla de oro para Colombia fue lograda por el patrullero Edison Bustamante, natural de Boyacá, quien amparado en el trabajo de equipo logró la presea dorada para los nacionales, tan destacada actuación fue elogiada por los europeos teniendo en cuenta el poco tiempo de preparación que tuvo el equipo colombiano (tres meses).
