English: Stairwell in historic house with railings protected with tubes and board, fire extinguisher on stair landing, and bare construction bulb in fixture. Sonotubes protect the historic railings in peparation for construction. From 1998-2001, line-item construction funded the installation of new fire suppression and climate control systems in the historic house.
