| Description |
Nederlands: Affiche "Reist per spoor". De NS-slogan Veilig, Vlug, Voordelig werd in de loop van de jaren 30 zeer bekend en bleef na de oorlog in zwang. Een affiche uit ca. 1932 laat zien dat de slagzin eerst nog niet zo mooi allitereerde: Veilig, Snel, Comfortabel. Men kwam er blijkbaar snel achter dat Voordelig het in Nederland beter deed.
De drie wervende termen werden verbeeld door een op veilig staand armsein, een gevleugeld wiel en een reiziger met krant en sigaar, onderuitgezakt op een treinbank. |
