Summary[edit]

Description The tail fins of a line of retired U.S. Air Force McDonnell F-4D Phantom II aircraft depict markings from Air National Guard units of Michigan, North Dakota, Texas, Kansas and Oregon. The Phantoms were parked in line at the Aerospace Maintenance Regeneration Center, Arizona (USA), where stored planes that have been removed from service are either sold for scrap, returned to the inventory, or sent to museums.
