Nederlands: Soms wordt de ministerraad voorafgegaan door de rijksministerraad, waarbij de gevolmachtigde ministers van Aruba, Curaçao en Sint Maarten aanwezig zijn.
In de raad van ministers van het Koninkrijk, ook wel rijksministerraad genoemd, werken de landen Nederland, Aruba Curaçao en St Maarten samen om de aangelegenheden van het Koninkrijk te behandelen. Daarbij kan gedacht worden aan voorstellen van Rijkswet, het Statuut en aangelegenheden van buitenlands beleid en Defensie in het Caribisch gebied. De rijksministerraad vergadert in principe iedere maand, voorafgaand aan de reguliere ministerraad. De gevolmachtigde ministers van Aruba, Curaçao en St Maarten zijn dan aanwezig. |
