Roman finger ring
Description
English: A copper-alloy Roman finger ring, dating to between the 1st and early 3rd centuries AD. The hoop is D-shaped in section with no clear break as it tapers into the shoulders and the flattened bezel. There is a centrally-located oval setting, now empty with traces of an off-white residue visible. 

Henig Type II, Guiraud Type 2 (possibly 2b). Cf. <a href="https://finds.org.uk/database/artefacts/record/id/988636#">GLO-1E719A</a> and <a href="https://finds.org.uk/database/artefacts/record/id/716647">BH-0FF534</a>.

Diameter: 22.03mm, thickness: 3.77mm, width (at bezel): 9.41mm, weight: 5.55g.
