Description
English: Rep. Chris Cox shows former President Ronald Reagan the blueprints for the new Orange County Federal Courthouse. Rep. Cox authored the 1992 law that named the courthouse after Ronald Reagan-- the first-ever act of Congress naming a building after the former President. (photo date: Aug. 12, 1993)
