Description Cool. Coolsingel The Holbein House is an office building designed for the "Basler Versicherungs Gesellschaft Transport", an insurance company from Basel. Arch. Herman & Evert Kraaijvanger 1951-54. Today it is the headquarters of the Open Universiteit Nederland. Here the large mosaic by Louis van Roode, 1954.
