English: Russian Democratic Federal Republic. Huː Orosz Demokratikus Szövetségi Köztársaság. Taken on the 19th of January, 1918.
Русский: Российская Демократическая Федеративная Республика.
Magyar: Az Orosz Demokratikus Szövetségi Köztársaság (oroszul: Российская Демократическая Федеративная Республика)[1] a legrövidebb ideig fennállt államalakulat volt a világtörténelem során, nem sokkal az októberi forradalom után.[2] Hivatalosan 1918. január 19-én jött létre, de alig 13 órával később a Központi Végrehajtó Bizottság felszámolta a köztársaság első ülését, és semmisnek tekintette az alkotmányukat. A nem sokkal korábban, törvényes keretek között választott alkotmányos közgyűlés fogalmazta meg az alkotmányt és jelentette be a demokratikus szövetségi köztársaság létrejöttét.

This photo was uploaded in a film published by Владимир Никонов with the titelː Russian Revolution 1917, documentary footage, HD1440, on his youtube channel at this siteː https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rVNJGaBQTSc at 2.38. The Russian Democratic Federal Republic was proclaimed on the 19th of Janury, 1918 so I thought this must be the time the photo was taken by the unknown photographer.
