Italiano: Il monumento di Antonio Segni, realizzato dallo scultore locale Tonino Cortese.
La piazza si trova nei pressi del Municipio di Policoro e della chiesa del Buon Pastore. E' una piazza monumentale, dedicata ad Antonio Segni, presidente della Repubblica ma soprattutto tra i fautori di quella riforma fondiaria che ha cambiato il volto di Policoro. Infatti vi sono tanti simboli che richiamano quella stagione come gli archi, la piramide e l'acqua.
