Description

SALAMANSA, Cape Verde (Jan. 8, 2013) Musician 2nd Class Kollin Reichow, right, assigned to the U.S. Naval Forces Europe Band, Topside, gives a child a high-five during a performance in the fishing town of Salamansa in support of Africa Partnership Station (APS). APS is an international security cooperation initiative, facilitated by Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa, aimed at strengthening global maritime partnerships through training and collaborative activities in order to improve maritime safety and security in Africa.
