GREAT LAKES, Ill (Jan. 30, 2013) Nineteen recruits at Recruit Training Command (RTC) take the Oath of Allegiance to become United States citizens. Since 2010, The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, in partnership with RTC, has expedited citizenship for more than 1,650 recruits during boot camp training.
