Summary[edit]

Description This church located on top of village Vinji vrh in the municipality of Semič in Slovenia and has 2 anointed saints. The Holy Trinity and Saint Martin. It was built in 1647 and has been a pilgrimage site ever since, specially for Saint Martin. The main altar is the work of F.A. Nirenberg from the year 1741. It is one of the largest altars in Bela krajina (White Carniola) and Dolenjska (Lower Carniola) regions. It is gold plated and takes place in the whole presbytery. The church has two side altars that are baroque in nature.
