Deutsch: Salon R=Reproduktion. Wem gehört die Kunst?
Der Wikimeda-Salon "R=Reproduktion Wem gehört die Kunst?" fand am 26.5.2018 im ZKM Karlsruhe statt. Anlässlich des laufenden Rechtsstreits zwischen Wikimedia und den Reiss-Engelhorn-Museen, der momentan am Bundesgerichtshof verhandelt wird, diskutierten wir folgende Fragen: Wie gehen Kulturinstitutionen mit den Ansprüchen eines Publikums um, das zunehmend im Netz zuhause ist? Welchen Einfluss hat die inzwischen eingeübte Praxis des Sharing und Remixing auf die Hauspolitiken der Museen und wie sind etwa Gemeinfreiheit und Hausrecht gegeneinander abzuwägen? Diese Fragen wurden in der Podiumsdiskussions-Reihe »Das ABC des Freien Wissens« und mit den Mitgliedern von Wikimedia Deutschland diskutiert. Gäste: Prof. Dr. h.c. mult.
