English: Within a curving, floral border, a top band of buildings and two people skipping rope; a center band of Adam and Eve and with the Tree of Knowledge, birds and plants; and a verse: "May virtue guide my inexperienced youth and lead my footsteps to the path of truth" and inscription: Mary Mankin Aged 14 181_ taught by Mahymer (?) The last letter of the date was removed, and 2 was written in ink.
