Description
Deutsch: Wohn- und Geschäftshaus Luisenstraße 1/3, Ecke Schloßstraße (links), in St. Wendel. Das Gebäude wurde um 1910 errichtet. Zusammen mit drei benachbarten Altbauten und einem Neubau gehört es heute zum Komplex des Neuen Rathauses der Stadt mit der Adresse Rathausplatz 1. Das Gebäude Luisenstraße 1-3 ist als Einzeldenkmal gelistet. Außerdem ist es Bestandteil des denkmalgeschützten Ensembles Am Fruchtmarkt/Am Schloßplatz.
English: Residential and commercial building Luisenstraße No. 1/3, corner of Schloßstraße (on the left), in St. Wendel. The building was constructed ca. 1910. Together with three adjacent historic buildings and a new structure, it is now part of the New Town Hall of St. Wendel with the address Rathausplatz No. 1. The building has been designated as a historic landmark. In addition, it is part of the protected historic buildings area Am Fruchtmarkt/Am Schloßplatz.
