Der neunte Faltenschwamm Es ist solcher ein einfärbiger, einzelner, lederhafter, wenig abänderlicher Schwamm; welcher, statt des Hutes, aus einer löffel- oder ohrahnlichen Haut bestehet; mit einem kurzen und rundlichen Stiele. Hat in Bayern keinen Namen. Fig. I. Ein ungestalteter, muschelähnlicher Schwamm. Fig. II. Ein entwickelter, löffelgleicher, Schwamm; mit kurzem und rundlichem Stiele Fig. III. The ninth Helvella. It is a single-coloured, solitary, leathery fungus of little variability ; in place of a cap is a membrane like a spoon or (better) a hare's ear; with a short cylindrical stipe. It does not have a Bavarian common name. Fig. I. A deformed shell-shaped mushroom. Fig. II. A developed spoon-like mushroom with a short round stipe. Fig. III. The same from behind. Fig. IV. A small undeveloped individual. Fig. V. VI. VII. IIX. IX. Variations with different development and form. Fig. X. In vertical section. Fig. XI. A club-shaped mushroom from behind.
