Description
Deutsch: Der Heinzwinkel ist ein Ortsteil der im westlichsten Zipfel des sächsischen Erzgebirges gelegenen Gemeinde Schönheide (Erzgebirgskreis). Dieser Ortsteil liegt im süd-westlichen Teil von Schönheide und wird durch die Wiesenstraße erschlossen. Das Gelände fällt vom östlichen Rand der kleinen Siedlung nach Westen hin ab in Richtung Tannenbach, dessen Osthang als Fächennaturdenkmal ausgewiesen ist und unter Schutz steht (Paragraph 18 des Sächsischen Naturschutzgesetzes Text bei Sachsen.de) Paragraph 28 des Bundesnaturschutzgesetzes, auf den das sächsische Gesetz verweist, lautet: „§ 28 Naturdenkmäler

(1) Naturdenkmäler sind rechtsverbindlich festgesetzte Einzelschöpfungen der Natur oder entsprechende Flächen bis zu fünf Hektar, deren besonderer Schutz erforderlich ist 1. aus wissenschaftlichen, naturgeschichtlichen oder landeskundlichen Gründen oder 2. wegen ihrer Seltenheit, Eigenart oder Schönheit.

(2) Die Beseitigung des Naturdenkmals sowie alle Handlungen, die zu einer Zerstörung, Beschädigung oder Veränderung des Naturdenkmals führen können, sind nach Maßgabe näherer Bestimmungen verboten.“
