Description
English: Quantum dots are internalized by microglia. CX3CR+/- mice, which express GFP in microglia, were injected with QD655 into the hippocampus. QD were imaged 48 h after injection, and z-stack confocal images were compiled into a 3D movie. Red: QDs, Green: microglia.
