Deutsch: Shah Jahan bei einem Durbar (Audienz). Er hält einen Rubin in der rechten Hand. Zu beiden Seiten stehen Chauri-Träger (Diener mit Fliegenwedeln). Von links nähert sich ein Teilnehmer mit einem Tablett voller Juwelen. Darunter steht Prinz Alamgir (Aurangzeb), der seinen Vater grüßt. Ort der Szene ist der Diwan-i-Am in Delhi.
English: Shah Jahan at a Durbar (audience). He holds a ruby in his right hand. On both sides are Chauri-bearers (servants with fly whisks). From the left a participant approaches with a tray full of jewels. Below stands Prince Alamgir (Aurangzeb), who salutes his father. Location of the scene is the Diwan-i-Am in Delhi.
Français : Shah Jahan à un Durbar (audience). Il tient un rubis dans sa main droite. Sur les deux côtés sont Chauri porteurs (serviteurs avec fouets à la mouche). De la gauche un participant se rapproche avec un plateau plein de joyaux. Ci-dessous se trouve le prince Alamgir (Aurangzeb), qui salue son père. Localisation de la scène est le Diwan-i-Am à Delhi.
