فارسی: تالو بخش اجرای‌ فرم در رشته ووشو یا کونگ‌فو می‌باشد. در این بخش به اجرای فرمهای سنتی ویا مدرن چینی همراه با دربرگیری ضربات قدرتی دست و پا ، حرکات آکروباتیک و نشست‌ها استفاده می‌شود و همچنین در بعضی فرم‌ها از سلاح‌های سرد(شامل نانچیکو،سانچیکو،نیزه،شمشیر،بادبزن و..)وجود دارد.
English: Chinese martial arts, often called by the umbrella terms kung fu, kuoshu or wushu, are multiple fighting styles that have developed over the centuries in Greater China.
ქართული: ჩინური საბრძოლო ხელოვნებები, ცნობილი როგორც უშუ ან კუნ-ფუ — ჩინეთში არსებული საბრძოლო ხელოვნებების საერთო დასახელება. უშუ შედგება ორი იეროგლიფისაგან: 武-wu (უ) – „საომარი, საბრძოლო“ და (术) shu (შუ) – „ხელოვნება, ტექნიკა“.

עברית: וו-שו הוא מושג כולל המתייחס לכל אמנויות הלחימה וספורטי הלחימה שמקורן בסין. אף על פי שבמערב נהוג לכנות את אמנויות הלחימה הסיניות בשם "קונג פו" ואת אמנויות הלחימה הנוטות לאקרובטיקה ולתחרויות כ"וו-שו", בסין משמשת המילה וו-שו כשם כולל לכלל אמנויות הלחימה וספורטי לחימה הסיניות ואילו קונג-פו הוא מונח המתייחס ליכולת שנרכשה במאמץ והשקעה ללא קשר ספציפית לאמנות לחימה.
