Čeština: Vlajka obce Slatina nad Zdobnicí, okres Rychnov nad Kněžnou. List tvoří tři svislé pruhy, červený, zvlněný žlutý se dvěma vrcholy a třemi prohlubněmi a zelený. Do červeného pruhu vyrůstá kosmo bílé lekno.
English: Municipal flag of Slatina nad Zdobnicí village, Rychnov nad Kněžnou District, Czech Republic.
