English: Photo of the execution of Ruth Snyder in the electric chair at Sing Sing prison on January 12, 1928. It was made secretly by photographer Tom Howard with a miniature camera that he had strapped to his ankle. Snyder and her lover were both executed for the murder of Snyder's husband, Albert, in 1927. |
