The North Bend Mill & Lumber Company was founded in 1900 by Asa Simpson and was located in North Bend in Coos County, Oregon. By the 1920s, its president was Charles K. Hudson. The company owned seven miles of railroad track and transported logs to San Francisco and San Pedro by schooner. The company was sold in 1923, along with the Buehner Lumber Company, to a syndicate of eastern and southern logging companies called the Stout Lumber Company.
