Notes | Pair of spurs that belonged to 2-1552 Gunner (Driver) Neill Mackay Gallaugher, New Zealand d Field Artillery, and used in Gallipoli and France Neill Mackay Gallaugher of Ponsonby enlisted as a Driver with the Field Utility on April 11 1915 in Auckland. He served at Egypt, Gallipoli and Western Europe between 1915 and 1918 for 3 years and 202 days until he was injured and honourably discharged on 3 November 1918. Neill's brother, Alan Robert Gallaugher (23-142) also served in WWI as a Rifleman for 1st NZRB, A Company. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
