Description
English: Royal Australian Air Force Squadron Leader Andrew Jackson, F-35 Lightning II student pilot, lands his F-35A after completing his first flight on Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., March 18, 2015. Jackson arrived in the United States in December 2014 and started his training at the F-35 Academic Training Center on Jan. 26, Australia Day. Since then, Jackson has completed 154 classroom hours and 64 hours throughout 16 flight simulations, before stepping to his first aircraft. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Marleah Robertson)
