English: Stained-glass windows at Ventfort Hall, a majestic, Jacobean-style 28,000-square-foot mansion and Gilded Age museum in Lenox, Massachusetts. Built in 1893 for Sarah Morgan, the sister of financier J.P. Morgan, and her husband, George, Ventfort Hall was one of the approximately 75 "cottages" built in Lenox in the late 19th century when Lenox became a popular Berkshire Mountains resort. |
