English: Printed by American Bank Note Co., N.Y.  · MI 67 Surcharged in Blue "5 Centavos/ 1911."  · CE 105.  · Eliodoro Camacho (1831–1899) was a noted Bolivian politician, Liberal party founder and leader, and presidential candidate. Camacho also participated as an officer in the 1879-80 War of the Pacific against Chile, and later played a key role in the 1880 Constitutional Convention.
