English: Mr Steve Hansen was the assistant coach of the All Blacks from 2004 and succeeded Sir Graham Henry as the Head Coach in December 2011. From 2004 Mr Hansen was part of a coaching trio with Sir Graham Henry and Wayne Smith that guided the All Blacks through their Rugby World Cup 2011 victory, as well as a further 103 test matches with a winning percentage of 85. Mr Hansen has been a coach of rugby for 18 years at club, provincial, Super Rugby and international levels. Prior to joining the All Blacks he coached the Welsh national team for three seasons and was assistant coach of the Crusaders during their title-winning seasons from 1999 to 2001. Mr Hansen also coached the Canterbury squad to win National Provincial Championship titles in 1997 and 2001. |
