Description
Deutsch: Der Brunnen steht 100 Meter vom Weinbergsweg[1] am südlichen Gehsteig,[2] genau genommen bereits vor dem Gebäude Nummer 17. Auf diesem Grundstück steht das John-Lennon-Gymnasium mit 70 Meter Straßenfront als Baudenkmal.[3] Auch das Wohnhaus Nummer 16 ist denkmalgeschützt,[4] ebenso wie weitere Mietshäuser und Anlagen. Nach der aktuellen FSH-Form wurde die Brunnensäule in den 1990er Jahren gesetzt, der im Bordstein integrierte Tränkstein als Wasserauffang unter dem Austrittsrohr legt einen vorhergehenden in historischer Gestalt nahe. Austritt und Schwengel stehen parallel zum Bordstein, der betriebsbereite Brunnen wird von den Anwohnern regelmäßig bepumpt. Die Bezirksgrenze zu Pankow liegt 200 Meter nach Osten an der Choriner Straße.
