Description
Deutsch: Der gelistete (Drucksache 17-15418) Brunnen steht am Bürgersteigrand vor dem Gewerbegrundstück „Brunnen Simmelstraße 20-22“ (PLZ: 13409) und 85 Meter östlich vom Werftendensteig (200 Meter zur Reisdenzstraße, 300 Meter vom Schäfersee). Der Standort am südlichen Gehsteig befindet sich gegenüber vom viergeschossigen Wohnhaus 21. Zwischen den Platanen an dieser Straße befindet sich der Fußflansch (ohne Frosthahn) mi einer Platte mit großer ovaler Mulde innerhaln des Pflastermosaiks im Kleinpflasterrand des Gehsteigs. Der Schwengel ist parallel zum Gehsteig, der Austritt zut Fahrbahn gerichtet. Das Nachbargrundstück 24/25 war in den 1930er Jahren bereits zur Bebauung parzelliert, wurde dann in den 1940er und 1950er Jahren als Kleingärten genutzt. An der Simmelstraße folgte um 1960 die Ergänzug der Wohnhauszeile mit 26–28 und gegenüber 27/29. Verbliebenist ein Streifen für die KGA Simmelgarten (Pankower Allee 29[1])
