English: Street name sign of "Rue J.-L.-Pourtalès" in the Swiss city of Neuchâtel, named after French-Genevan-Prussian banker and merchant Jacques-Louis de Pourtalès (1722-1814), who made a huge fortune largely from the slave trade in the Caribbean.
Français : Plaque de rue de la "Rue J.-L.-Pourtalès" à Neuchâtel en Suisse, du nom du banquier et marchand franco-genevois-prussien Jacques-Louis de Pourtalès (1722-1814), qui a fait une énorme fortune en grande partie grâce à la traite des esclaves dans les Caraïbes.
