Description
Polski: Przy kościele pw. Podwyższenia Krzyża Świętego w Strzeszowie znajduje się kilka starych grobów, w tym jeden, zaopatrzony w tablicę z widocznym na zdjęciu napisem. Wynika z niego, że małżonkowie Hans i Margarethe (z domu von Brand) von Witzendorff Rehdiger, liczący sobie prawie 82 (on) i ponad 73 (ona) lat zginęli tego samego styczniowego dnia 1945 roku. Trudno przypuścić, że zmarli śmiercią naturalną, biorąc pod uwagę fakt, że właśnie pod koniec stycznia Armia Czerwona zajmowała pozycje na Wzgórzach Trzebnickich (pierścień okrążenia Wrocławia zamknięty został w połowie lutego), z których potem przez trzy miesiące systematycznie bombardowała miasto. Ale może to tylko zbieg okoliczności?...
